Private, cozy, modern cottage with towering redwoods, blue water views, and a hot tub, located in Anchor Bay, walking distance to the Anchor Bay beach and town! Listen to seals barking and the ocean waves as you soak in the hot tub or relax on the deck surrounded by redwoods. The house is modern & comfortable w/ 2 bedrooms, a full bath with a soaking tub, fully appointed kitchen, vaulted ceilings & open floor plan. Great WIFI, tons of CHARM, and even a small fenced area for your furry friends! Anchor Bay is located just north of the town of Gualala, in between Gualala and Point Arena. My place is in a quaint neighborhood up the hill from the the Anchor Bay market and local restaurants. You can walk to the market, the coffee shop, restaurants and the private beach at Anchor Bay campground. You can hear the seals barking at night and hear the waves, in addition to viewing the starts from the hot tub. It’s quiet, private and just far enough away from the bustle of Gualala and Point Arena. Small, fully fenced area for your dog and the construction projects next door are finally finishing too...! Everything is accessible at my place except the garage and one linen closet. There are no sofa sleepers upstairs, but a huge couch if someone needs to sleep there. There are two queen beds total. 2-4 people would be comfortable in my place, not more please, unless it is a smaller person who can sleep on the couch. Also, WIFI is very good at my place- so if you are having cell service issues, you can try WIFI calling. Cute, tight-knit neighborhood with locals meeting at the coffee shop every morning to chat. You need your own vehicle. I try to keep a shoeless home. Please bring your house slippers if you have them. There is a shoe rake in the entry way and one outside on the deck.
