Fin’s Fish Camp at Harker's Island
Description
It’s time to come relax and hang out on beautiful Harkers Island. Three bedrooms, two baths and a fully stocked kitchen. Perfect for a family, couples or a group of hunters or fishermen. It’s a short boat ride over the sound to Shackleford Banks and to Cape Lookout Lighthouse. Also, easy access to Beaufort, Morehead City or Atlantic Beach by boat or car. The space This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is an older home built in 1937. Lots of upgrades have been made over the years. We love this home for the history of being one of the early homes on Harkers Island. There is not water access from the home but there are free boat ramps close by as well as the Harkers Island Fishing Center located about 2/10 of a mile from the house. There is a beach access located about 1.5 miles. No worries if you don’t have a boat, you can catch the ferry over to the Cape Lookout and enjoy the day searching for seashells, going for a swim and hanging out on the beach or exploring the light house. 2 of the bedrooms have King beds and the 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed. Linens are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready to go. All areas of the house are available to you as well as the grill and large crab pot. There is parking for 3 cars in the driveway as well as room for a boat trailer. We do ask that you do not have parties or large gatherings and that you abide by the noise ordinance that is from 9pm to 9am. We provide a starter-supply of trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and detergents. Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the home. Other things to note Please do not pull any cars or boats in the backyard. Our septic tank and drain lines are in the back yard and could be damaged if driven over.
