Enjoy watching a movie in the theatre space with a large screen, projector, Bluetooth receiver, and high-quality speakers - feels just like you are at the movies. 2 extra sleeping areas, queen bed and full-size pull-out sofa. Enjoy the outdoors on a 12+ acre property with plenty of space to roam around. Sliding doors lead to a large deck off of the kitchen with a patio table and chairs that accommodate up to 6 people. Other things to note Please note there is one front door camera (doorbell). Other security cameras that are installed on the exterior of the house have never been connected. There is no live feed. Heat/AC: The main heating and cooling source is the Split Ductless Wall Units, these are high efficiency. Secondary heat sources: woodstove, propane fireplace, electric heaters and space heaters.
