Rush Lake is connected to Julia and Briggs approx 1000 acre of lake to cruise on the included pontoon with your stay! There is no pontoon or dock with winter rates. Sleeps 6. If pontoon were to break and not be available , deduction of 75 $ per day of stay will be deducted as when renting out stuff, it does happen. The space Main floor ~ kitchen, dining room and living room with smart TV, baby gates on both stair cases a 2nd level deck and AMAZING backyard lake view. Upstairs is a loft bedroom 1 queen bed, bathroom and soaking tub. Lower walk out level ~ laundry room, 2 bedrooms with queen bed in each, sitting area with Smart TV and bathroom with a large shower. Guest access Driveway to the home has outdoor parking for up to 5 vehicles no garage access. You will have access to the boat house by the lake but no parking use only for storage and hanging out. quiet neighborhood, wooded area to the left. Self coded check in.
