During colder winter months (typically Nov-Mar), a supplemental gas fee may apply to heat the pool and hot tub to 82°F and 104°F, respectively. This fee, if applicable, will be communicated before your arrival and can range from $10 to $50 per night. * **Security:** For the safety and security of our guests and neighbors, this home is monitored by a security service.
