Our memories of skiing, fishing, hiking, rafting and much more are irreplaceable. This home has been renovated in hopes to create those memories for many other families and friends. Kitchen: fully stocked w/cooking basics, Keurig coffee machine, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, utensils, large island, dining table, propane fireplace, flat screen tv. Family Room #1: large leather sectional, flat screen tv. Family Room #2: two couches, work desk, board games Half Bath w/ laundry room Mudroom: Closet, ski rack, equipment cubbies SECOND FLOOR: Bedroom #1: bunk beds- twin & full bed Bedroom #2: queen bed Bedroom #3: queen bed Full Bathroom OUTDOORS: Propane Fire pit, Barbecue, Decks w/ picnic table & outdoor furniture, Front Porch GENERAL: Central Air (main level), Window Air conditioners/Wall heaters (All second floor bedrooms), Roku/DVD Player, Internet Linens, towels, Hairdryer, Shampoo/Conditioner/Body wash, A Paper Towel, 2 toilet papers per bathroom, a few complimentary Keurig Pods/Tea Bags, dishwasher Liquid, 2 Garbage Bags supplied in home. (ANY EXTRAS NEEDED SHOULD BE BROUGHT) PARKING: Driveway: 4 vehicles Other things to note - NO SMOKING- -MUST BE 21yrs OR OLDER TO BOOK- TRASH NO trash or food should be left outdoors due to wildlife. Follow trash disposal instructions left in house manual at end of stay. NO PERSONAL BEDDING ALLOWED To avoid cross contamination we do not allow guests to bring pillows, sheets, towels, blankets. We take pride in our cleanliness and only use white towels and sheets so Clorox can be used when washing to make sure that they are bacteria free. We have provided extra sheets, blankets for your convenience. CELL PHONE, WIFI RECEPTION In the home there should be no problem with cell or wifi service but in surrounding areas service can be spotty. LIABILITY WAIVER: You understand the risks of injury that exists while “Using the Fire pit” ( Hereinafter the “Activities”). You accept full responsibility for any bodily or personal injury arising from Fire pit use and hold owner & property harmless. You understand the potential dangers if a person has health risks or is intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication or while pregnant in engaging in the “Activities”. You understand the risks of any physical or psychological injury that may occur as a result, direct or indirect, from participating in the “Activities” and will abide by the “Rules” posted and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree that any persons under age will be supervised at all times while participating in the “Activities”. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner & property for accidents or claims arising from the “Activities”. All Airbnb Guests in my party acknowledge and agree they have read and understand this waiver before booking and they acknowledge that confirming booking constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Airbnb Guests and Airbnb Host.
