An efficient pellet stove is in the living room. Some wood pellets will be provided but if you need more you may purchase them at the W W Building Supply hardware store. Deck and deck stairs are not accessible during the winter time due to falling snow/ice from the roof. Other things to note Since the property is in the Vermont mountains, all wheel drive and good tires are recommended. Wifi is available with speeds up to 100 mbps (the best available service at the time of this writing).
