The Lake & Private Dock: Just a short walk down the driveway and across the road (NY-89), you’ll find your private lake access. Sixteen steps lead you down to the water. The Private Dock: We assess lake conditions throughout May to determine when the dock can safely be installed. This usually occurs around Memorial Day and remains through Labor Day, weather permitting. *If conditions don’t allow the dock to be out by Memorial Day, you still have full access to the lakefront launch area, a perfect spot to sit, soak up the sun, or cast a fishing line. Safety First: Like many lake homes in this area, our lake access and dock are across the road from the house. Please be mindful of traffic and ensure children are accompanied by an adult when crossing. Boater’s Note: The northern part of Cayuga is beautifully shallow. If you’re bringing a boat, please check the depth charts regarding your boat’s draft. For easy loading, the Cayuga State Park boat launch is just 1.5 miles away. Please take care when going up and down these steps - Full size washer and dryer are available for use during your stay - Cleaning company takes extra precautions for sterilization and preventing the spread of COVID - Ring Security Cameras with spotlights are located at the exterior front and exterior back of home. There are no security cameras in the home or private spaces.
