With a 2-car garage plus a 2-car driveway, GUEST PARKING is a breeze in this trendy neighborhood. Relax in the SPA TUB or feel invigorated by the 8-SHOWERHEAD WALK-IN SHOWER. The spacious living room serves equally well to entertain or snuggle on the roomy sectional while enjoying the modern FIREPLACE. The welcoming ruby red accent wall in the kitchen and high-end appliances will draw guests to gather around the custom-designed cement counter to sip and make memories after preparing a morning beverage at the well-stocked COFFEE STATION. Leave your car(s) in one of the 4 secure parking spots and explore this walkable and historic area. There are many shops, restaurants, art galleries and bars in easy walking distance. Other things to note Please be aware this is a 4 story home with no elevator access. We regret that this may make it inaccessible for some guests. The house can only have 4 cars parked at the property. 2 cars can fit in the garage and 2 in the drive way. For any other vehicles, there is free street parking on West 5th St. of West 7th St. No parking on the side lot next to house at any time. This house is located in a neighborhood. To respect the neighbors in the area, noise and music must be kept to a minimum after 10pm on weekdays and 11pm on weekends. Check out time is 10am. We charge a late fee of $65 an hour for late check outs. If later than 2 hours, the rate goes to $130 an hour.
