Cozy yet spacious, this 2 bed 1 bath space is stylish & modern in a rustic and quirky atmosphere of Nederland. The Historic Wolf Tongue Mine (no longer in operation) is directly to the west of the property, offering a view into the past of our towns rich history from early settlement days. Please note that the mine is private property, owned by the family living next door. It is off limits to the public. It is a piece of history of our town, like a time capsule! Relax while enjoying all upgraded & new amenities at the cabin. All new appliances, fixtures, floors, furniture- the works! Relax with dinner & a movie by the wood burning stove on a chilly night. Explore the countless amount of amazing hiking and biking trails in Nederland and the surrounding areas. Experience local gems like the Covered Wagon Saloon, Knotted Root Brewing, New Moon Bakery, Very Nice Brewing, Diner Bar, Busey Brews BBQ, Tres Gringos, Sweet Sue's, Crosscut Pizza, Salto Coffee, Kathmandu Nepali and more! Guest access Guests will have parking space for 3 vehicles- please only park along the North end of the parking area, where there are Orange reflector sticks to mark the proper parking areas. Please avoid parking in the Fire Lane- which is clearly marked with a post between the house and warehouse building next door.
