There will be no construction or noises taking place during the evening. During construction, the pool area is only open on Saturdays and Sundays. The views during the construction phrase will be slightly obstructed with safety nets. Guest access Guests have access to the entire condo apartment - kitchen, dining, living, bedroom, bathroom, closet, balcony, in-unit washer/dryer. PARKING - FREE spot inside garage across the street. Fob-entry and secured. ** Please note - Although the condo can accommodate 6 guests, the building’s HOA will limit only 4 guests to access the buildings amenities (Pool, spa & gym are limited to only four guests per unit). Other things to note +CHECK-IN TIMES+ **must coordinate your check-in time with us before arrival** +Normal check-in: anytime after 3PM (NO CHARGE) +Dropping bags 1:30-3PM (NO CHARGE) +Dropping bags before 12pm or early checks-in can be accommodated for an additional $50 fee.
