We offer 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on one level, with new large flat screen TV's, stainless appliances, and everything you'll need for your stay. We have a large driveway and a screened patio. Ocean Pines boasts over a dozen parks and walking trails, a public Yacht Club, 5 pools, 2 marinas, and a championship golf course - 10 min to the beach! The space With Regard to the beaches... 7.4 miles or a 10 minute drive to Ocean City Rt. 90 is the fastest route to Ocean City If you want to go to the Ocean City Inlet you can take Rt. 50 and there is a draw bridge. Please note that West Ocean City traffic can be congested. 13.2 miles or 20 minute drive to Assateauge Island 18.7 miles or 40 minute drive to Bethany Beach 31 miles or 45 minute drive to Rehoboth Beach *Traffic, Holidays, & Weekends may impact these drive times - Please allow for increased time travel at these times and especially in the summer months* I would add an additional 20-30 minutes at peak season and recommend that guests try to get to the Ocean before 10AM during the summer to avoid delays. Guest access Guest has access to the entire property with the exception of the owners closet. All linens, toilet paper, paper towels, WiFi, Laundry Detergent, Dryer Sheets, & Dishwasher detergent are included. Perfect for a family vacation or a couple's retreat! Large enough to accommodate 2 small families and take advantage of all that there is to do in Ocean Pines & Ocean City. You will have a pre-paid parking pass for the Ocean Pines Beach Club (located at 49th Street in Ocean City, MD) Located at the Beach Club property in Ocean City, the 30' x 54' swimming pool is also accompanied by ample deck space, lounge chairs, full-service restaurant and bar, quick-service food counter, and easy ocean access with umbrella and chair rentals from beach-front vendors. Beach wheel chairs are also available – see the Beach Club parking attendant for availability when you visit. The Beach Club covers the ocean-side block of land between 49th and 50th streets in Ocean City, Maryland. Vehicle parking is available in two private lots (one beach-side lot and one bay-side lot used when the beach-side lot is full) by permit only (see parking information above). The three-level cedar shake building contains bathroom facilities with showers and locker rooms on the lower level accessible with an Ocean Pines property owner's card or Beach Club or pool membership card. Daily pool passes also grant access to the bathrooms on the day of the visit. A snack bar with live entertainment and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages available for sale is located on the central level with spacious decking and volleyball courts. Alcohol may only be purchased by Ocean Pines property owners, residents and their guests. The upper level is available for dining, private parties, weddings and banquets for residents and non-residents. Note: Vehicles must enter the parking lot from the 49th Street entrance. Handicap-only spots are accessible from the 50th Street entrance. At busy times vehicles will be instructed to exit the parking lot on the 50th Street side. Other things to note Guests who choose to bring a pet are required to pay a non-refundable pet fee of $150 at the time of booking.
