Welcome to The Surfside Dream! Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This home will charm you and allow extra time to enjoy life at the beach. From the back and front upper story, you will be enchanted and engaged watching sunrises and sunsets from your deck with both Gulf and Bay views. The easy stroll to the beach is over a walkover. The house is situated on a very quiet dead-end street that gets minimal traffic. Restaurants are available within walking distance. The space 2 masters with en-suite bathroom each! King bed master and a Queen bed master. The third bedroom has two full-size bunkbeds. The kids absolutely love this bedroom. All three bedrooms are on the upper floor. King en-suite bathroom has a standing shower, and the Queen en-suite bathroom offers a bathtub with the handheld shower head. Perfect for bathing your little beach pirates at the end of the day. There is a full-size bathroom on the 1st floor with the standing shower. Living room, dining room and the kitchen are also on the 1st floor. Fast internet Guest access Contactless check-in. You will be sent a code for the front door keypad to access the property the morning of your scheduled check-in. There are two security cameras in use outside the house and outside the front door. We use the cameras to confirm the total count for your party. Other things to note All bedding (quilts, sheets, pillowcases, shams), bath towels and beach towels are washed after every stay. Every mattress and pillow are covered with protectors for your safety and cleanliness. We sanitize and clean everything after every stay. ENTERTAINMENT The first floor living room has a ROKU TV. Bring your Netflix, HULU, HBO or another favorite subscription password and enjoy the family movie night! Queen master and the kids bunk bedrooms have its own flat screen TV! Family table games, including poker table, are provided for building the great family memories together. Children books are also provided. Your Surfside Beach stay will be seamless: A full laundry room, free Wi-Fi, and outdoor shower add to the amenities.
