Escape to our beach retreat with this newly renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located just steps from the white sand beaches below. We provide extra guest amenities to save you both time and money, including beach chairs and umbrella. When you need a break from the beach, walk across the road to Gulf State Park. Enjoy pristine nature surroundings on walking & biking trails, rent a kayak for the lake, go zip-lining, or fish from the pier. Snowbirds ask us about our winter rates! The space We provide: - individual toiletries and makeup wipes - K cups in multiple flavors - beach amenities closet - beach towels - spices and cooking supplies - full set of pots and pans - games and puzzles for all ages **Please be sure to retrieve beach chairs and umbrella from the beach before sundown or they get collected and we will request reimbursement.** This condo is really suited to four adults only. We allow up to six guests to accommodate small children who don't need their own bed. Our master bedroom has a new, king size mattress that all of our guests have loved so far! There is an en suite bathroom with a shower and separate vanity area, with soaps, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer. There is also a walk-in closet and a chest of drawers for storing your items. The second bedroom has a new, queen size mattress, as well as a closet and dresser for storing clothes and luggage. There is a toddler cot and pack n play in the closet, should you need them. Our living room has a 50" Roku TV. You will need to log in to streaming services if you'd like to watch something other than local cable. 6 person maximum 2 vehicle maximum Covered parking lot *Even if you do not stay with us, we highly recommend receiving daily beach conditions/warning flag status updates by texting ALBEACHES to 888777. You can reply with STOP at the end of your trip to cancel the messages. No need to pay for renting chairs and an umbrella every day. Our guests will have access to the entire condominium, as well as 4 pools, tennis court, outdoor grills, gazebo, picnic tables, Sugar Shack beverage/snack bar, outdoor shower, and beach. Other things to note *Must pay for $35 parking pass upon arrival* Parking pass lasts the entire stay and there is a security guard at night!
