Please make yourself at home, your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the carriage house door for easy and secure access to the home. Other things to note Want to bring your furry friend? $100 fee per dog, maximum two dogs only. Sorry, no cats permitted. The backyard is fully fenced, but please note the fence is not flush to the ground so smaller dogs and even motivated larger dogs could crawl out. Please always monitor your pets. Please be aware that a medium sized dog lives in the main house and will be in the backyard at times. Kindly note that smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the premises, including inside and outside the property and will result in a minimum fine of $1000. The Carriage House is a private and separate unit located in the backyard of the main house, with its own entrance. Outdoor area is shared. Guests can easily park on the street in front of the property. Please note that due to Denver zoning and permit regulations, the kitchenette is not equipped with a stove, cooktop, or oven.
