The space is a 2-bedroom/1-bathroom furnished with a full sized couch and two queen beds. There's Wi-Fi and desk space for working away from the office. All nightstands have laptop and USB plug-in to work out of bed. 46" TV with Netflix and Hulu service. Roku function to sign into your own subscription accounts if preferred. Perfect for Netflix & Chill. Abundance of restaurants and grocery stores within 5 min walk or driving distance for pickup or delivery. UberEats/GrubHub/DoorDash all available in area. Lighted porch, path lights, and motion activated driveway light for visibility and easy identification at night - easy late check-in or Uber drop off. Security door at entrance for added safety. There is a double door that separates this guest space with another unit that we ask guests to keep closed and locked. Other things to note There is a door next to refrigerator that I ask be kept closed/locked. There are other tenants in the building so at times there may be added noise. Please also be respectful and keep your own noise level at a quiet and reasonable level after 11pm. Guests are subject to a refundable security deposit of $100.
