Once a dense forest, the deer still follow the same trails near the property. The backyard features a covered patio with table seating and grill. Bring your fishing poles and visit our catch and release pond. For hikers and bikers, Purgatory Creek Park is within walking distance. This is a favorite choice of wedding attendees, bridesmaids and groomsmen. Even the deer love our neighborhood. They love to walk the greenbelt and the streets. Sleeping Arrangements - (11 guests) Bedroom 1 - King Bed (2) TV on the wall Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed (2) TV on the wall Bedroom 3 - Two twin beds (2) TV on the wall Bedroom 4 - Bunk Bed - two beds and one twin bed (3) Living Room - Large sectional couch (2) TV on the piano We have sleeping arrangement for 11 , but an additional 5 guests can be added if they are children. For groups over 10, you will need to bring your own sleeping items. Pet policy: The only pets we allow on the property are dogs. The pet fee is $50 per dog per day. (Reduced fee for longer stays) You must tell the host the breed/age/size/weight. Limit 2 dogs but contact the host if you would like to bring more. Dogs left alone in the house must be kept in a cage/crate. Dogs love our fenced in backyard. Only the number registered guests are allowed in the house or anywhere on the property. No random guests. This is for your safety as well as your guests. No wild parties, raves, banquets, etc. This is a house for friends and family to have a very nice place to stay. As the person that made the booking, you are responsible for telling your guests the House Rules. No smoking or vaping inside the house. For example: If you register 6 guests, then only 6 guests are allowed on the property. Special situations may be approved by the permission of the host. The nightly rate is based on the number of guests on the property. This is calculated on the AirBNB platform. This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is not suitable for loud or late night parties, and you are expected to respect the privacy and comfort of the neighbors at all times. City of San Marcos Registration: STR-25-02 Guest access You will be able to do a self check-in using the front door keypad. Parking: You will have two parking places on the driveway in front of the garage. There is also free street parking on the street in front of the house.
