Nestled on a corner lot opening up to hiking paths and only 1/2 mile to Lake Michigan is our wonderful getaway in South Haven, Michigan. This home is in a brand new development called The Harbor Club with a brand new indoor community pool as well as an outdoor pool. It's perfect for families or other mid sized groups. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. Enjoy the amenities of a subdivision created for vacationers both in season and off season. We even have a Tesla EV destination charger in the garage. Most of our properties offer in-home massage and private chef experiences to baby gear rental, mid-stay cleaning, and pre-arrival fridge stocking. Everything is arranged with ease and delivered to your door. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE The nightly rate covers the first 3 people. Each additional person is just $30 per person/per day. This applies to anyone age 3 and over (kids 2 and under are free). The fee is applied to anyone that comes to the property (not just those staying the night). The extra person fee covers additional wear and tear to the property and amenities, additional professional cleaning/disinfecting, increased use of the internal plumbing, electricity, and other utilities, etc. If you plan to bring a pet we do charge a fee. To avoid fines, please ensure your pet has been added to your reservation. Notify our team to include this information if your pet was not added during the booking process. It's $199 per pet per stay to bring them along. For the safety and security of our guests and the neighborhood, there are external security cameras in the following locations on this home: 1. Front Door 2. Back Door These cameras record exterior areas only and hold the information for 30 days. Footage is only reviewed in the event of a break-in or any potential house rules violation. There are no cameras anywhere inside the home. Exterior Cameras - Exterior cameras are located at the front door and back door. - There are no cameras inside the home. Rates & Guest Count The base rate covers the first 3 guests. Each additional guest beyond the first 3 (age 3 and over) is $30 per person, per day. Select the correct number of guests at booking time and the system will calculate this fee automatically up to the limit of the platform. Additional guests at the property will be charged manually. Children 2 and under stay free and do not need to be included in your guest count. This fee applies to anyone who comes onto the property, not just overnight guests. It helps cover additional wear and tear, increased cleaning/disinfecting, and higher utility usage. Pets: - Pets are welcome for $199 per pet, per stay. Parking - Parking is available in the garage, on the driveway, or on the street in front of the house. - Please do not park on the grass. Noise & Neighbor Courtesy - Please be respectful of neighbors by keeping noise at a reasonable level and avoiding trespassing onto neighboring properties. - No smoking inside the house or garage. - Evidence of smoking indoors will result in a $1,000 fine. General Rules Respect & Noise - Respect neighboring properties—no trespassing into yards or driveways. Treat neighbors with courtesy and respect. - Keep outdoor noise at a reasonable level at all times. - Quiet hours begin at 9:30 PM. - No outside amplified music, bands, DJs, or similar setups. Parking & Property Use - Park only in the garage, driveway, or in front of the house. - Fireworks are prohibited anywhere on the property. - No off‑road vehicles are allowed. - Lock all doors and windows when leaving the home. Safety & Liability - The host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss of personal belongings during your stay. Refunds & Fees - Refund Policy: - 100% refund (less a 3% credit card processing fee) up to 30 days before arrival - 50% refund (less a 3% credit card processing fee) up to 14 days before arrival - All canceled reservations incur a 3% credit card processing fee. - A pre-authorized damage deposit hold of $1,500 is required or a non-refundable damage waiver of $75/day up to $300. If the damage deposit is chosen it is released a few days following check out provided there is no damage during the guest stay. - Early arrivals and late departures incur a $100 fee. - Neighbor complaint: $500 fee. - Security dispatched: $500 fee. - Police called: $1,000 fee and guests may be required to vacate immediately without refund. - Unregistered guests: $500 penalty plus $60 per person for anyone on the property not included in the reservation. Home Care - Do not attach anything to walls or ceilings with tape, tacks, or adhesives. Damage will result in charges. - Return any moved furniture to its original position. A $100 fee applies if items are not reset. Rental Requirements - Minimum rental age is 25. - Guests must sign the rental agreement prior to check‑in. Instructions will not be released until the agreement is signed.
