Special Offer 5BR/Pool/Disney/ChampionsGate 706 The space This amazing five bedroom, five full bathroom two story house can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people, features a fully functional kitchen and dining area, a private pool and hot tub to entertain the whole family Downstairs Master Bedroom 1: King suite Bedroom 2: Queen Upstairs Bedroom 3: Two twins Bedroom 4: Bunk and twin Master Bedroom 5: King suite Traditional coffee machine in the house Pool heating : Please note, pool heating is not available for a portion of a reservation, only for the entire stay at $50 per night NO BBQ GRILL ON SITE We don't provide the grill but you could bring or rent one by yourself . Parking rules : VEHICLE LIMITS 6 vehicles per Retreat home are permitted. (This limit does not include deliveries or ride share dropoffs.) All guests driving on the premises must be pre-registered and listed in the gate-access application by the owner or property manager. RIDE SHARE SERVICES At minimum one (1) guest via ride-share services such as Uber, Lyft or commercial taxi must be registered for entry. Additionally, ride share drivers are required to present a valid driver's license or government-issued ID to gain entry to ChampionsGate. Guests not listed in the gate-access application must leave the entry area of the gatehouse and contact the management company or property owner they rented the house from. PERMITTED VEHICLES The following vehicles are permitted entry into the ChampionsGate community: Sedans Minivans Sport Utility Vehicles Motorcycles (two wheels) Passenger vans with 16 seats or less (Max of 2 per property) Prohibited Vehicles The following are not permitted for regular entry: Recreational Vehicles (RVs) or campers Limousines Boats Temporary Allowance  These vehicles may enter for loading/unloading only (up to 4 hours).
