Park on a lg concrete pad attached to unit; 2 steps up to patio & 1 step into the apartment. Building is 100' behind our house & 100' from the pond; 2 kayaks available for guests; guests may fish, but no gear provided. Charcoal grill, charcoal, lighter fluid, chimney, & utensils provided. Also a pack 'n play, cornhole, frisbees, & other games/activities. Undercover parking is available to protect autos from weather such as hail. There is a fire pit near the pond, & wood & skewers are available on request. A table w/ 4 chairs on the covered front porch overlooking the valley/pond is available for guest use. Guests will have access to entire apartment, front covered patio with valley/pond view w/ table & 4 chairs, spacious parking, plenty of yard space, & pond to kayak or fish. We live onsite & are home most of the time. You can remain a stranger or introduce yourself(ves). We have a pc, printer, fax capability, & copy machine available for guest use. On private, dead-end road - only traffic is our 5 neighbors, their guests, & service ppl. No crime. In a valley between 2 ridges. In warm weather, enjoy the country sounds of chirping crickets & croaking bullfrogs. Plenty of space for nature hiking or sitting on the patio enjoying the view. Pine Valley Golf Course (public) is 3/10 mi away. LRAFB back gate is 4 mi, Cabot 14 mi, Simmons Bank Arena 15 mi, state capitol 18 mi, Conway 26 mi, several ff & sit-down restaurants within 6 mi, Wal-Mart 7.5 mi.
