Every guest enjoys fresh linens from top to bottom: mattress pads, quilts, towels, bath mats, and dishcloths—all laundered between visits. Nature Notes: insects/geckos? Absolutely Florida—but we treat regularly. Please help by closing windows/doors. Hurricane Advisory (Jun 1–Nov 30): Airbnb treats storms as “foreseeable.” We strongly advise travel insurance. 🚫 A Few Quick Notes Owner’s boat is off-limits (but feel free to bring or rent your own!) Empty lot next door is not ours: the new owner might show up to fish or picnic. Do not park on the grass—yours or theirs. Towing & damage fees apply. No beach within walking distance (Airbnb’s robot got it wrong—we’re working on it!) 🐚 Waterfront Serenity is Waiting for You Whether you’re splashing in the pool, kayaking at sunset, or sipping morning coffee by the water—we’ve designed every inch of Gulf Serenity with love, laughter, and your relaxation in mind. We can’t wait to host you. 💛 Guest access Home, pool, yard, shed and dock are private and for guest use. Boat and garage are for owner use only. Parking allowed in driveway only (no street parking please!), will fit up to 4 small vehicles. We do not own the lot next door- any vehicles/trailers left on that lot will be towed by the owner. No parking on our grass front yard, damage to sprinkler system will be incurred and covered by the guest. Driveway parking only- no street parking. Marinas nearby have trailer storage if reserved in advance. Children are not allowed inside the fishing shed due to hooks, cleaning supplies and other tools provided for adult use. Other things to note -Please use dock and seawall at your own risk- always watch for uneven or loose boards. -Fireplace is decorative only. -Use caution with kayaks, around sea wall, near pool and with fire pit. Use is at your own risk. -Children are not allowed in the fishing shed due to tackle, hooks, cleaning supplies. -Fire extinguishers located in outdoor kitchen and indoor kitchen -As this is our family vacation home, items used to run the house, maintain the house, and clean the house may be found in "junk drawers" in the kitchen, and in the laundry room. -Please be mindful of our cancellation policy- we highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect you in case of anything unexpected coming up that may impact your plans. -No parking on next door vacant lot. This is not our property. No parking on our grassy front or side yard- parking only allowed in the driveway, no street parking.
