Please kindly observe the following rules: - *Pet Policy*: We welcome one dog per stay, provided no vicious history and current on vaccinations. Please keep your furry friend supervised at all times and refrain from letting them on beddings or furniture. A flat pet fee applies per reservation. - *Smoking Policy*: No Smoking indoors. Smoking is only allowed outside the home. - *Trash and Recycling*: To maintain our beautiful surroundings, please ensure that all trash is properly disposed of in the provided bins. Excess trash can be disposed of at the Public Dumpster on Heiden Drive. - *Parties and Events*: We kindly request that you refrain from hosting raucous parties or loud events, as they can disrupt the peaceful environment. - *Septic System*: To protect our septic system, please avoid disposing of food debris, cooking oils, grease, egg shells, and coffee grounds down the drain. # Additional Reminders - Please clean up any spills or breakage immediately and notify us of any damage. - Consider purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip against unforeseen circumstances. - Check in is 4 pm. Please don't try to check-in early or check-out late unless already arranged (the cleaners need this time to prepare the home for your arrival or turn it around). - Check out is 10am. Changes in check-in/check-out may be arranged prior to arrival. - Note: there is no check-in or check-out on Thanksgiving day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day - Parking is free in our driveway and can easily accommodate six regular sedan vehicles. If using all the driveway space to park you will need to move some vehicles to let the other ones out. # Safety and Security Be Bear Aware: - Bears visit the area frequently so please lock car & cabin doors, and secure the latch on the outdoor trash cage at all times. - Do not leave any food outside and do not feed the bears. - Monitor children and our furry friends at all times. For your peace of mind, our property features an exterior security camera above the driveway and front porch, facing outward. Please note that it does not capture interior spaces.
