Open space for fun gathering with friends or family. Watch the beautiful sunrise from the huge front porch. Fully stocked kitchen appliances, kitchen tools and dinnerware available to prepare meals at home. Smart TV's in both the main level bedrooms as well as the living area. Smart TV in the main loft area on the second level. Linens and towels provided. Starter supplies provided including limited laundry detergent, paper towels, tissues, toilet paper, dish soap and dishwasher detergent. New fully fenced front yard! Enjoy the firepit in the front yard while relaxing and watching the boats cruise by on the lake. Pets allowed but please be sure to clean up after your pet! Minutes to Smith Mountain Lake Community Beach and the Park, Westlake Plaza Shopping, Crazy Horse Marina, Bernard's landing and Bridgewater Plaza. Wineries, shopping, hiking, swimming, boating or just resting. You will have access to the entire property. Check in is 4 pm and check out is 11 am. There is exterior video surveillance. There is no garage access. This is a family home so please do not disturb the locked cabinet and closet doors. There is no trash service and all trash must be taken to the local green dumpsters 3 miles away. Please remember that you are staying at a family home, not a hotel!
