A Cozy Athens Stay! Dogs Welcome!

Welcome to our lovely Airbnb in Athens, Georgia! We are experienced super hosts and have a handful of Airbnbs in the Athens area. This home is a classic ranch style house featuring 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a nice living area, roomy kitchen, and a great screened in porch. Conveniently located, we are a short drive to UGA's campus, downtown Athens, Normaltown, and other surrounding areas. For those visiting for UGA football games, we are an easy 14 minute drive to Sanford Stadium. The space Our house is a classic ranch style home, all living areas are on one floor. The home features 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. The master bedroom has a king bed and an attached small half bath with a toilet and vanity. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and bedroom 3 has two twin beds. In the hall is the full bath which has a tub/shower combo. For our guests, we provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash! The kitchen, dining, and living room areas flow into one another with an open concept feel. The kitchen is roomy and opens into the dining/living area making it easy to stay connected friends and family while you're cooking. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking supplies, we also provide a roll of paper towels, dish soap, dish detergent, and trash bags. The dining area has a small table that seats four and there are two barstools at the counter. The living area has a cozy couch and two extra large chairs with room for two. Enjoy watching the large 65 inch smart tv. We do not have cable, but netflix, hulu, prime video, etc. are all easily accessible on the tv. Guests do have access to a washer and drier, please note that it is located in a small room off the screen porch. Machines are nice but the space is more functional than aesthetically pleasing. Well behaved dogs are welcome! We are dog lovers and are happy to let you bring your pet along. Please just send us a message to let us know they're coming. We ask that dogs are not allowed on any furniture! We have a decent size front and back yard. The back yard is fenced! Please note that there is not a back door leading directly into the back yard. You must go out the side door through the screen porch and open the side gate. Please note we do not allow parties or group gatherings of any kind at this property. We take this very seriously and have a zero tolerance policy. Guest access Guests will have the house to themselves! A few closets will be locked where we store extra sheets and cleaning supplies. Guests will not have access to the basement area - it's just storage, you're not missing anything!
