The space Bedroom Layout: * Downstairs Master Bedroom: King Bed * Downstairs Bonus Room: Daybed with Trundle (Sleeps 2). It accessible from the master bedroom, make it perfect for family use * Upstairs Guest Room 1: King Bed * Upstairs Guest Room 2: King Bed * Upstairs Guest Room 3: Queen Bed * Upstairs Kids' Room: 2 Bunk Beds & 1 Futon (Sleeps 5) * Game Room: Daybed with Trundle (Sleeps 4) Guest access You will have private access to the entire home and its amenities, including the backyard, pool, and all living areas. The garage, and one of the bedroom closet is used for owner storage and is not available for guest use. Other things to note Our home is nestled in a safe, quiet, and friendly neighborhood in Highland Village. We ask that you please be respectful of our neighbors and the peaceful atmosphere of the community. 1. Party rules: No Party is allowed. We are located in a safe, nice, quiet, peaceful and friendly neighborhood. Unauthorized events is not allowed. Outdoor quiet time is 10pm - 8:00am. Only Registered guests can stay overnight. Accurate headcounts must be provided at the time of booking. Pre-approval is required for visitors . 2. Our nightly rate includes the first 8 guests. With each additional guest, a $35/night fee will be applied. When number of guests are input in the booking request, the accurate rent quote is provided before the reservation is finalized. Early check in or late check out with a fee only if available ($50 per hour) . Late check without pre-approval will be $100 fee per 30 minutes. 3. Parking : Parking is available for a maximum of 5 cars on the driveway. To respect our neighbors, please do not park on the street, in front of any neighboring homes, or block any mailboxes. Additional vehicles can be parked at a nearby public parking area.
