High Speed internet Guest access You will have the space entirely to yourself. There are 4 condos in the building and you will be staying in the bottom right unit. Golf, great restaurants and the beach are all nearby. There are no swimming pools on the property. Other things to note Linens provided for each bed and bath. We do not offer housekeeping services during your stay. A starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dish tabs are available upon your arrival. Check out some very close by restaurants, Quigley's and Danny's pizza. For Mexican food, try Luna in Murrells Inlet. Try the chimichanga and the house margaritas! Make sure to take a trip to the Marsh Walk and eat some of the best seafood you've ever tasted! Try Wahoo's for a nice "date night" meal, or go to Dead Dog Saloon and eat some hush puppies that are to die for! *We strive to have each property working in perfect order, however, we can not guarantee that each appliance, a/c, wifi and/or cable will continue to work properly. Once reported, we will make every reasonable effort to assist with repairs in a timely manner. We can not assist with all non-emergencies after business hours, but will promptly respond the next day. *We strongly encourage travel insurance for rentals during the Hurricane season time frame- June 1st- November 30th. During this timeframe we ONLY refund cancellations if there is a state of emergency ordinance for our area or a mandatory evacuation. For cancellations due to weather conditions, we strive to work with you to reschedule your stay.
