Come relax at Shadie Pines! You can sit back and enjoy the view of Puget Sound and Mount Rainier from the deck (or from in the hot tub!), listen to the birds sing and the seals barking, and say hello to the friendly neighborhood deer. The house is comfortably situated in the middle of the Hartstene Pointe gated community, which has a number of great amenities for you to enjoy. Our favorite features are the 5 miles of walking trails and beaches all around the point, the pool and pickleball! The space We have an open-concept main living area, with a large couch and cozy fire place, all with gorgeous views of Puget Sound and Mt. Rainier. In the front of the house there is a deck with the hot tub, gas fire pit, bbq, and large dining table. BR 1: Queen bed and forest view BR 2: 1 Queen bed, 1 single bed, and water view BR 3: 1 full over full bunk (2 full beds!), 1 single over full futon bunk. Water view and deck access One lovely bathroom with bathtub. Guest access Walk directly out the door to a short trail and down to the water. The nearby beach is perfect for a stroll or to search for beach treasures. If you want to spend the day lounging on the beach, the best areas are at the end of the point and along the spit. To get to those areas you can walk along the trails or road for a mile or so, but there are also parking areas if you prefer to drive. There is space for 3 cars in the driveway. The house is located in Hartstene Pointe, which is a gated community at the northern tip of Hartstene Island. There are five miles of trails around the neighborhood and three miles of private beaches. The clubhouse has a large shared pool and hot tub (open seasonally) a children's play structure, tennis and pickle ball courts, pool table, fitness center with exercise equipment, lending library, ping pong, and communal bbq spaces.
