Lovely, quiet, large bedroom, hardwood floors. Furnished, to include microwave and refrigerator. Private access to patio. The space Private entrance makes easy access for guests, especially for late arrivals. Other perks: walking distance to Old Town Orange bars, restaurants, local entertainment, antique shops, train station and Chapman University, makes this location unique. Disneyland, Angels Stadium, Honda Center, beaches and many other popular venues are within a few minutes driving distant. Guest access Guests may use the front porch patio that connects with the bedroom. During your stay I am on the premises but work and attend school, thus very busy, the best way to communicate with me is by text in regards to the room. Other things to note Guest share the bathroom with one other occupant with an early work schedule - out the door at 6am Monday - Friday. This information should give guest(s) a good idea how to gage the use of the restroom in the morning.
