Off-street parking for 2 cars. Guest access The building features a private, outdoor pool and hot tub, outdoor grills, fitness center, and coin-op (app baded) laundry for Chesapeake guests. The large porch contains patio furniture accessible only to this unit's guests. (Note: Outdoor amenities open seasonally; the condo association may limit availability based on climate and weather conditions. The pool and hot tub generally open around Memorial Day and close shortly after Labor Day.) No common area amenity is guaranteed by the hosts. Other things to note Please note that this is a downtown condo building; while we've never had issues with loud or unruly neighbors, we cannot guarantee silence!
