Located in the luxury waterfront Chesapeake Condos in the heart of downtown Sandusky with views of Lake Erie & Cedar Point, this is the ideal location for experiencing the North Coast & islands. Walk a few min to restaurants, shops & more, & ferry to Cedar Point or the islands. Less than 10 min to Cedar Point & other attractions. Building has outdoor pool and fitness room. Off-street parking for 2 cars. Guest access The building features a private, outdoor pool and hot tub, outdoor grills, fitness center, and coin-op (app baded) laundry for Chesapeake guests. The large porch contains patio furniture accessible only to this unit's guests. (Note: Outdoor amenities open seasonally; the condo association may limit availability based on climate and weather conditions. The pool and hot tub generally open around Memorial Day and close shortly after Labor Day.) No common area amenity is guaranteed by the hosts. Other things to note Please note that this is a downtown condo building; while we've never had issues with loud or unruly neighbors, we cannot guarantee silence! The association may perform maintenance/projects from time to time without notice to the owners. This may result in unusable amenities, obstructed views and/or noise. A few days before your check in, we will contact you with access information. If you have not already, please make sure you have read the entire listing and have familiarized yourself with our house rules. Our city vacation rental permit does limit the number of guests. We use common area (hallway) security cameras and Minut noise monitoring devices to verify guest count. Violation will result in immediate removal without refund. The unit is also monitored for smoking (cigarette, marijuana and vaping are all detectable) which will result in immediate removal without refund. Tampering with any monitoring device will also result in immediate removal without refund.
