Beautiful house on Almond & Pistachio Farm

Farm house on a 70 + acre beautiful property with a almond farm near 99 highway off Avenue 9 in Madera Ranchos. There is ample parking and ability to be indoors or outdoors. Beautiful kitchen and sitting areas. Peaceful, relaxing and a joy. Fifteen minutes from Fresno shopping centers. Short distance to nearby hikes, lakes and shopping. The space We hope this stay gives you the experience of actually living on an Almond Farm, surrounded by nature on all sides. Lots of open space to walk the orchard and for kids to play around the house. Come get unplugged! The house accommodates 10 adults in 4 bedrooms. Currently, there are no sofa beds and we plan on adding these in the future. Additional space is available at request. This room is next to main house thru the breezeway and attached to the garage and can accommodate 4 guests. It is a 1 bedroom or studio which includes a bathroom and shower, 1 queen bed on main level, and additional queen bed in attic (requires climb up on wall stair). A separate kitchen is accessible to you thru the breezeway. This can be added for $150 per night and $50 for routine cleaning post-stay. Please send a message to the owner if interested. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house (as visualized in the pictures) and front driveway parking. Other things to note You are welcome to cook in the kitchen or use food delivery/pick up. Doordash delivers! A few stores are nearby within a few miles for basics. Fresno River park shopping center is off 41 North about 15 minutes away.
