This luxury home features a large walk-out patio with endless views of the surrounding mountains and Salt Lake Basin. Main Level Entry Entryway, garage access. Upstairs Large spacious living room with wood burning fireplace, Smart TV, open kitchen with a table and bar seating for up to 13 people, a heated walk-out patio with a personal hot tub, and amazing views. Downstairs (2nd Level) A bedroom with a full hallway bathroom, a bunk bed bedroom with a hallway full bath, laundry area with a sink. Downstairs (Lower Level) Master bedroom with full bathroom, mud room with ski-lockers, and exit door that leads to ski-in/ski-out access to the groomed trail to Village Lift. Powder Mountain is a unique resort that is sure to blow your mind with its untouched powder, amazing views, and stellar vibes. The house is located up on the mountain and within minutes of the Village lift. Please note that there are no amenities at the top of the mountain after the resort closes.  Groceries, gas, and shops are located down the canyon in the town of Eden, UT. The closest town Eden is home to several shops, eateries, a grocery store, and one gas station. We recommend having a rental car during your stay with Powder Mountain Getaways. During the winter months, it is important that you rent a 4x4 or AWD vehicle, and you must be comfortable driving steep snowy roads. You must have a 4 x 4 vehicle and be comfortable with snowy mountain driving to stay in this home. During storm events, both Powder Mountain Road and Summit Pass Road can be very snowy - and sometimes even closed while crews clear hazards. You must be prepared for winter conditions in this home. (But winter conditions mean great skiing!!!).  This home is ski accessible with access to the ski area when the Village Lift is open.  When the lift is not open, you must drive to either Hidden Lake or Timberline to access the ski area. Due to the on-going construction of new luxury homes, there may be construction projects going on around this home. Additional Important Information Ski-in/Ski-out access to the Village Lift closes at 4:00 pm.  A shuttle is available from the Village Area to Powder Mountain's Timberline Lodge at 4:30 PM daily. Hold Deposit A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking in order to confirm the reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival and will automatically be processed by us. Standard Check-In Time is 4:00 p.m. Standard Check-out Time is 11:00 a.m. We are a Dark Sky community and are dedicated to the preservation of the night sky! Please turn exterior lights off at 8 pm and keep in mind this could affect your ability to locate the unit in the dark. Please note that there are no amenities at the top of the mountain after the resort closes.  Groceries, gas, and shops are located down the canyon in the town of Eden, UT. There is also a one-time processing and departure cleaning fee required and is priced out during the reservation process. Due to the ongoing construction of new luxury homes, there may be construction projects going on around this home. We require 4 x 4 or AWD vehicles with snowtires during the winter months.  Knowledge of steep mountain driving is required to book this unit.  Shuttles are available from Eden for a fee. Ski-in/Ski-out Access to the Village Lift closes at 4:00 pm.  A shuttle is available from the Village Area to Powder Mountain's Timberline Lodge at 4:30 PM daily.
