Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Sleeps 10 (max 6 adults and 4 children) Our home is located in Overbrook Shores in Milton. It is 8 miles to Lewes, 10 miles to Rehoboth, and 11 miles to Dewey Beaches. Only minutes to world class dining, outlet shopping, boardwalk, water park, bounce house, golf, bike and hiking trails, multiple micro-breweries including Dogfish Head. No parties or large gatherings are allowed. The space Great place for families to stay! A large fenced in back yard with several lawn games available. A game room in the garage for those rainy days as well as several board games. A fully furnished kitchen and a washer and dryer. We are .5 miles to Red Mill Pond boat launch where you can kayak (at your own risk) or simply enjoy the view. If you are using the two cots, please bring your own linens or sleeping bags for them. Linens and blankets provided for each of the beds. Towels are provided as well. Other things to note No fires allowed in the indoor fireplace. If you are bringing pets, there is a fence completely enclosing the backyard. For safety reasons please do a walk around check to make sure there are no holes where they could escape. I check monthly when I am there but there are critters that potentially may dig under or a side gate may be accidentally left open. I don’t want to see your pet sneak out unexpectedly! (This has never been the case but better safe than sorry with our pets!) Lastly, please no curry cooking.
