The space Royal Straight is tucked away at the bottom of Eagle Trail in the Terry Peak Subdivision—a quiet, private oasis at the end of the road. Surrounded by peaceful hills and trees, this home offers a serene retreat with beautiful views in every season. The deck offers another option for dining and a sitting area with a fire pit to take in the views. Enter into the spacious great room, where large windows showcase the scenic landscape. This open-concept area includes the kitchen, dining space, and living room centered around a cozy wood-burning fireplace. From both the kitchen and living room, you can step out onto the expansive deck to enjoy the fresh mountain air. Just off the great room, a small hallway leads to the first two bedrooms and a full bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. The upper level includes two additional bedrooms and another full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The lower level hosts the final two bedrooms and a third bathroom with a walk-in shower.
