Our brand new (new construction in 2020) smart house, is a calm, beautiful place that is perfect for rest, relaxation and fun with family and friends. From 6/18-9/3 rentals are 7 night Saturday to Saturday. The space  HOUSE INFORMATION: o The kitchen is stocked with the basics you need to cook (i.e, olive oil, cooking spray, salt/pepper), as well as a range of pots and pans, utensils, INSTAPOT and AIR FRYER. o Coffee bar including New Keurig and 12-cup percolator o Bedroom 1, 1st floor: king, en suite bathroom, shower, water closet, o Bedroom 2, 2nd floor south: king, en suite bathroom, shower o Bedroom 3, 2nd floor north: full and twin, adjacent bathroom, tub with detachable handheld shower o Bedroom 4, basement: double, adjacent bathroom, shower o Queen sofa bed is in living room on 1st floor (black out blinds) o Sunroom/office 2nd floor acts as bedroom for toddler and/or baby (toddler bed and pack and play available at house). o Basement has an ping pong table and putting mat and is set up as an extra space to watch TV and play games o Basement has a second full size fridge to store refreshments, and is a great place to send the kids after dinner! o We provide the highest speed internet Xfinity offers in the area and two boosters to make sure you have great access throughout the house and outside. o Beautiful sun porch -a great place for morning coffee, dinner, or family games. o Experience the outdoors and that fresh Michigan lake breeze on the front or back porch o Backyard patio with built in gas grill & timed natural gas fire place o Exterior shower with heated water system for quick cleanup after a day at the beach. o There are two washer-dryers, one set on the second floor and one in the basement. o Beautiful automatic three-sided fireplace with a cozy reading nook Guest access  LOCATION: o Located in a peaceful neighborhood, we are walking two minute walk to Oak Beach and about 10 minutes to downtown. o Home is located on a wide, beautiful, tree-lined street are also a 5-minute walk from the Packard Park beach access, which has a pretty boardwalk and viewing area with picnic tables, as well as public bathrooms. o This excellent neighborhood allows you to enjoy both peace and quiet as well as easy access to the water and downtown restaurants and bars. o Captain Lou's riverfront bar and restaurant is only a short walk. o Play at the beach, walk around town (which is quaint, adorable and very walkable) o Bike, run or hike the Kal-Haven trail, and then come home to relax at Lake Therapy SoHA. o Local wineries, day trips etc available with bus charter options. Other things to note  ADDITIONAL INFORMATION o All bathrooms have hairdryers. o 3 cars can park on driveway and street parking available o We have large beach towels, adults and child-sized beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys. o Every TV has an outlet below it in case you would like to bring your game station. o Many extra pillows and blankets provided throughout the house o We have great water pressure, super fast hot water o Blackout blinds in bedrooms & 1st/2nd front rooms. o First and second floor bedrooms have fans and cedar ceilings, all bedrooms have big windows as well as a clock with phone charger. o Brand new comfy beds. o Home is from Deltec Homes in Asheville, NC. and is very unique inside and out featuring cedar wood ceilings throughout, except basement. o Beds, dressers, and night stands were handcrafted by a local Amish carpenter. o NO SMOKING home including sun porch o We are available via text or phone for any questions or concerns and there is a local contact person who will be available. o As always, we are available for questions you might have about the property
