Morning View Is a ranch style home with minimal stairs and perfect for people of all ages. We have a private heated indoor pool available March through November. For Pool access, guests will need to sign a waiver before their stay. Due to lower temps, pool will be closed from Dec-March. The house has all the amenities you will need including a full kitchen, charcoal grill, high-speed WIFI, 4 TVs, washer/dryer and a Gameroom. You will enjoy entertaining your family and friends in the private courtyard and outdoor fire pit that overlook the beautiful mountains. A perfect place for relaxation and escape. Morning View Ranch is conveniently located a few minutes from the Mountain Parkway, making it easy access all year round to visit the best parts of the Gorge. The driveway is paved and has ample room for parking multiple vehicles. It is close to grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants in town. The property is almost 2 acres and fenced all around, making it the perfect spot for a pet to run free and for kids to play in the yard. The ranch is a one-story home making it accessible for people of all ages. There is one step to enter the home and one step to enter the living room. You will have the home to yourselves but if you need us we are only a phone call or text away. Quiet street, safe neighborhood and surrounded by beautiful mountains. *this is a residential area. No Loud parties and noise. Please be mindful of our neighbors You will need a car to get around but there is ample parking and a paved driveway making it easy to access during winter months. We have security cameras outside for your safety and also a ring doorbell camera in the foyer. Pets are welcome. (3 pets max) $75 pet fee to be paid before your stay. Undisclosed pets will be charged the fee before checkout. We have a high chair available upon request.
