Please consider all this before booking. Please respect furniture and belongings in the house and on the property. Guests are responsible for any broken, damaged, or missing items. The expectation is that guests will leave the house in the condition as they move in. That means all furniture in the location you found it in, the dishes clean, all garbage and recycling thrown away, the fridge empty of your items, and so forth. The cleaning fee included in the listing covers only the time for a cleaner to come and vacuum and mop the house and wash/dry/fold the towels and sheets. There is a local situation that I believe it's important to share for the sake of transparency and to manage expectations. We have a nearby homeless camp located next to our property. However, I want to assure you that it is a non-threatening and temporary settlement for individuals in need, and it has not posed any safety concerns to me or previous guests. While the camp is there, I want to emphasize that it hasn't impacted the safety or enjoyment of our guests in the past. The house is secured by Blink home security system, there are cameras at front door and back door for security purpose only, there's absolutely no camera inside the house.
