We are located 25 mins from Sedona and 1.5 miles to Old Town Cottonwood with great restaurants and tasting rooms. The space This is where you come to seek adventure, recharge & reconnect. As soon as you step foot in the spacious (2,500 sq.ft.) home, you're welcomed by a stylish yet highly comfortable open living area. The Wander Llama is your modern sanctuary - offering premium amenities. A beautifully decorated 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with many thoughtful touches to make your stay memorable and comfortable. This is the vacation you have been waiting for! Family Room: The family room is a wonderful place to gather with friends and family. It is very spacious with high ceilings and a cozy gas fireplace. The family room is stylish, modern and comfortable with a down filled couch, extra seating and a 65" smart Roku TV. Kitchen: The family room opens up to the fully stocked kitchen and dining nook. The kitchen is fun, modern and has all the cooking supplies you will need. There is a gas stove, full size refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Bedrooms: When the night winds down and you wander off to rest you will find wonderfully comfortable beds and bedrooms with blackout curtains, ceiling fans, portable fans and noise machines. We offer only top of the line mattresses as we know how important a good night sleep is. The home offers 4 beautiful bedrooms, which feature many comforts that allow you to rest after an exciting day of hiking, outdoor activities, and adventures. Office: There is a dedicated office space which can also be used as a 2nd family room. The doors can be shut off so you can get some work done as you take in the views of Sedona. This room is equipped with a desk, leather sofa, lounge chair and a Smart Roku TV. The neighborhood Overview : The property is nestled in the serene and friendly neighborhood of Clarkdale, AZ, offering a relaxing retreat to all guests who want to escape the fast-paced tempo of big city life and the everyday hustle and bustle. We are 20~25mins minutes to Sedona, 1.5 mile to Old Town Cottonwood & 10 minutes to Jerome. There is plenty to do in the area, starting with the highly-rated restaurants in Old Town Cottonwood or Jerome, wine tasting along The Verde Valley Wine Trail. Nature and history lovers will love hiking in Sycamore Canyon, visiting the ancient ruins of Tuzigoot, kayaking, or taking train ride along The Verde River. For a unique experience, you can see an energy healer, take a Sedona vortex or jeep tour, or hike in the stunning landscapes of Sedona (while having the advantage of being able to escape back home at the end of the day and avoid Sedona's anything-but-spiritual traffic). Please throw all scraps in the garbage *The Hot Tub and the Gym are to be used by those 18 or older only. Please be sure to read and abide by all posted rules for your safety. Any children under 18 must be supervised at all times when outside or in the garage/gym area. *We strive to maintain the Hot Tub and Peloton but please note things can happen and it they are not a guarantee. Please note that you will need to login into your own Peloton App or you can ride without the app. *This is Arizona and there can be dust, debris and bugs. We try to blow off all of the patio areas but it is possible before your visit that some can return (especially when it is windy). If you need any assistance please let us know. *Our Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am to respect our neighbors. ★ YARD WORK & PEST CONTROL ★ Please note that our landscaper and pest control come up to twice a month. And may need to come during your stay to do yard clean up and spray for pest control (outside only). ★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★ We absolutely love animals but are sad to know that the setting is unsuitable for your furry friends as we have family with severe allergies. Thank you for understanding. ★ NO SMOKING inside or anywhere On the property ★ Please refrain from smoking inside the home or outside on the property. Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning. ★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★ We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
