With a Scandinavian-inspired design and large picturesque windows, you'll feel like you're in your own private retreat with stunning views. Perfect for families, this 4200 sq ft home has all modern amenities, including a top-of-the-line kitchen with everything you need to cook up a storm, two living rooms (one with a fireplace), comfortable seating for 10 adults, and a private pool (open from May to October) for you to enjoy. Take advantage of the outdoor ping pong table, spacious decks and terraced gardens, and access to multiple trailheads and the popular North End neighborhood. Please note that the pool is not heated and you will need to walk down stairs to access it. Guest access Free parking on site and street Other things to note We're excited to let you know that our private, unheated pool is open for use from May to October! During pool season, our maintenance team may need to access the property 1-2 times a week to keep things in tip-top shape. Don't worry, they'll never need to enter the house while you're there, and we'll always let you know in advance when they'll be coming. The pool is surrounded by big trees that provide a lovely shaded area in the summer, but please note that leaves may fall into the pool if there's a bit of wind. We do have a pool robot that runs daily to keep things clean. We're happy to accommodate up to 10 guests on our property, but please note that we can't fit 10 cars in front of the house. To keep our neighbors happy, we kindly ask that you carpool or find alternative parking if your group arrives in more than 4 cars. If you're booking a longer stay of 15 days or more, we're happy to offer a complimentary cleaning during your visit."
