Family fun and relaxation await at our recently improved single-story home in Solterra Resort. Situated on a generous pie-shaped lot with no direct rear neighbors and only a 5-minute walk to the Resort Amenities Center. Outside, enjoy the private southwest-facing screened-in private pool, large backyard, BBQ, and plenty of seating. Inside is more comfortable seating, reclining sofas, a fully stocked kitchen with all major appliances, full-size washer and dryer, breakfast nook, and dining area. The space Our single story home is in an easy to find location on the resort! Once you check in at the security gate we are right around the corner! It's a short 5 minute walk to the resort center to enjoy a day at the community pool, lazy river, water slide, pool side cafe, hot tubs, tennis court, and cabanas. To enjoy a day away, Disney is only 8.8 miles away, and shopping at Target, grocery stores and other great shops at Posner Park are about a 5 minute drive away! Bedroom Layout: 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 sleeper sofa - sleeps 10 Bedroom 1: One King bedroom with en-suite w/ walk in shower and soaking tub, and walk-out to the pool. Bedroom 2: One Queen bedroom with en-suite Bedroom 3: Full over full bunk beds Bedroom 4: Queen size bed Family room features reclining sofa and love seat, huge smart TV, and ceiling fan. Kitchen has all full size appliances, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, electric range, oven, microwave, coffee makers and all utensils and tableware. Smart TV's in living area and each bedroom. The garage (Also air-conditioned) has been converted into a game room! Play darts, pool and ping-pong! Flooring throughout the house is tile and lux vinyl plank. No carpeting. Of course, there is Central Air conditioning, and ceiling fans to keep you cool. Guest access You will be provided with a secure code for the front door for self check in. The entire home is yours to enjoy inside and out during your stay. There is a flat $36 fee for your household to enjoy the resort amenity center. There is space in the private driveway for 2 cars, and additional space on the street. Other things to note *Pool heat is available for an additional fee. ($35/day) * A BBQ grill is also available for an additional fee. ($75/stay) *A highchair, stroller and pack-n-play portable crib are provided at no extra cost *Supplies: We provide a starter kit for the home that includes - initial trash bags, dishwasher soap pod, laundry soap pod, 1 roll of Toilet tissues per bathroom, paper towel, and small bar soap. Please be prepared to bring the extra supplies you may need. We only supply single items to get your visit started. We are happy to refer you to the places we like to shop for our supplies. *Our home is located near the entry into the resort. There are no direct rear neighbors overlooking the pool area. There is a privacy wall, and larger than average yard however some traffic sounds may be heard at times. *No smoking of any kind is permitted on this property. If any signs of smoking are found, the renter agrees to pay a $200 fee. *No loud parties are allowed. *Kitchen, bath and pool towels are provided. *Hair dryer in each bathroom. * $35 resort amenity center fee. This fee allows your entire group to use all resort amenities for the duration of your visit. This is payable at the resort office. *There is a security camera by the front door facing outward (does not see inside the house), and on the side of the home. No cameras face inside the home.
