Also provided is an “old school” Nintendo preloaded with 620 games! No parties/loud gatherings allowed due to the family friendly neighborhood. Guest access Includes access to attached 1 car garage to keep your car free from the elements. Other things to note Please be aware and respect our house rules ⚠️ House rules: 🤫 Keep noise to a minimum outside. We have decibel readers that track noise levels outside (these do not record conversations). We have had noise complaints from neighbors and have a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm-8am. 🐾Approval of max of 2 pets are allowed for an additional $40/night (total not per pet) with a max of $240 🚭 No indoor smoking (Minimum $500 charge for extra cleaning). 🚬 Smoking outside permitted. 🚫 NO underage consumption or drugs. 🎉 NO parties or large gatherings. 🚫You will be charged $150 for late check out without prior notice. 📌⚠️ A friendly reminder to please remove your shoes when entering the house.
