A cozy & newly renovated single family home in the heart of Strongsville where there are COUNTLESS restaurants, shopping (South Park Mall), & entertainment. Located only 15 minutes from Cleveland Hopkins airport, a half hour from downtown Cleveland, and 15 minutes from Baldwin Wallace University. WiFi internet and a smart TV are also all provided. Also provided is an “old school” Nintendo preloaded with 620 games! No parties/loud gatherings allowed due to the family friendly neighborhood. Guest access Includes access to attached 1 car garage to keep your car free from the elements. Other things to note Please be aware and respect our house rules ⚠️ House rules: 🤫 Keep noise to a minimum outside. We have decibel readers that track noise levels outside (these do not record conversations). We have had noise complaints from neighbors and have a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm-8am. 🐾 A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125/stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. NO CATS ALLOWED 🚫 Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. This is to protect guests with allergies and ensure our cleaners can keep the home in top condition for all visitors. 🚭 No indoor smoking (Minimum $500 charge for extra cleaning). 🚬 Smoking outside permitted. 🚫 NO underage consumption or drugs. 🎉 NO parties or large gatherings. 🚫You will be charged $150 for late check out without prior notice. "Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay." 📌I respect my neighbors to the fullest and will not tolerate any gatherings, parties, or unauthorized guests. If you violate any of my house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights. 📌A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $300 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30, which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
