The entire house aside from a few locked areas are available to the guests. The vineyard is accessible by approval only as chemical may have been recently applied. Laborers and/or vineyard manager may be onsite for maintenance but will not impinge on guest areas. In most cases, myself or the caretaker will be within 30 minutes away In case a guest requires in person assistance. As the house is located on a working vineyard, there may be occasions where laborers or the property manager are on- site. They will remain within the vineyard space. Sleeps 8 adults and up to 5 children for 13 persons max. Baseline nightly price is set for 8 persons to keep the house affordable for smaller parties.
