The first bedroom features a king-sized bed and has direct access to the hall bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom is light, bright and airy with a king size bed and a private small back deck Upstairs, you can relax in the spacious master suite complete with a king-sized bed, day bed, large private bathroom and balcony access. The other bedroom upstairs is perfect for families as it features a king-size bed, twin bunk bed and large private bathroom. This room enjoys balcony access as well 🏖 Beach & Community Amenities • Morgantown community beach access just a few houses down on both sides • Guests may use beach chairs, wagon, and beach gear kept under the house (see reviews!) • Two community pools. Please stay off the dunes. 2. No on street parking for cars or golf carts. 3. Pools close at 10 PM. 4. Golf carts are permissible as long as they are operated by a licensed driver. 5. Please do not hang towels or clothing on exterior railing. 6. We ask that you respect other residents and guests and consider 10 PM to 9 AM to be “quiet time”. ℹ️ Good to Know • Maximum occupancy: 13 guests • Guests must be 25+ (children welcome with parents) • No pets • No smoking • Student spring break groups not allowed • Ring Floodlight Security Camera by the front stairs and under the house for your safety that turns on and records with motion.
