The space The Guesthouse has its own private yard area and dedicated off street parking, with available Level 2 EV standard charger. The studio has all the amenities for dining in or al fresco. Guest access The Guesthouse is in its own private space separated from the host's residence. It has a separate fenced yard with access from alleyway and private parking area. Other things to note Mattress topper available for use on fold-out couch, if desired. Use of second bed will incur an additional $25 charge/stay for set up and additional laundry costs.
