The space This space is a little over 1000 sqft, has 2 bedrooms, and one large bathroom. The entire place including the back yard has been nearly completed remodeled and renovated with the newest equipment and top of the line appliances. Furnishings are airy/mid-century with a modern and chic twist. Guest access Two parking spaces are available directly in front of the house along the street. A short walkway will bring you to the front of the house with a few steps up to the door and digital key-pad access. Other things to note *Please note bookings on Saturdays are subject to later check-in time of 6 pm rather than a normal check-in time of 4 pm if we have a guest checking out that day.* *****Please note Additional Rules and Policy Section below***** Our direct access time is from 7 am - 10 pm. Our devices are turned off outside this window. Checkin time must be before 10 pm to ensure we can assist you if any issues arise. Booking with the Downtown Gem implies that the booking guest is responsible for all guest/pet damage(s) to the interior/exterior of the property during the stay. Confirming your booking is confirming knowledge of this rule. NO PETS are allowed. Pet Fee - Occupant will be required to pay $500 if evidence of pet on the property without approval. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES - In addition to Airbnb's 2021 ban on events and parties, only registered guests (maximum 4) are allowed on to the premises during a booking. Violation of this rule will result in a $1000 fine. Smoking Fee - occupant will be required to pay $1000 if evidence of smoking (ash tray, smoke residue, smell of cigarettes or weed, etc.) Parking - Only 2 parking spaces are available to guests directly in front of the premises and not in front of neighbors' homes. The occupant will be required to pay $200 for each additional car. Bodily Waste Fee - Occupant will be required to pay $1000 if evidence of human bodily waste is found on the property. Quiet hours - 8 pm - 8 am Please no eating/drinking in bedrooms. Water is acceptable. Please do not rearrange furniture is not to be rearranged. Basic Cleaning at Checkout - Expected basic cleaning prior to checkout, counters should be wiped down (they are susceptible to staining), ensure no liquids be left on wood flooring, all used dishes placed in the dishwasher, trash in designated trashes and placed on the back patio, used towels placed in the bathtub.
