Cozy, clean and great vibe! This updated (including solar battery backup) cottage with a modern retro flair is in a walkable location near the General Store, Coastal Kitchen, and main beach access. It is a sleepier section of the village with a peekaboo view of the ocean from the corner of the deck, and pastoral views from the fully fenced backyard. There's even a doggy door for your medium or smaller furry friend. EV charging using our 40Amp Level 2 charger, or plug yours into our NEMA14-50. The space We've made the most of this 710 square feet with an open feel and romantic, comfortable decor. Each bedroom has a Queen. Queen bed. Not an actual queen. Solar back up keeps the power on, and believe me, tout here hat's a big giant PERK. ABOUT DOGS: We LOVE DOGS (madly, I tell you) but are only 710 square feet so two dogs and 4 people max. While we are dog friendly, we are amazingly super clean. I know, right? But it's true! I credit our super-hero cleaning crew who always goes above and beyond to make the Sundog sparkle for you. We also have very washable furnishings (Ruggables, etc) to make sure you are comfortable and we are clean. I have twins, so, you know... experience. Backyard is fully fenced and secure with a charcoal BBQ grill, and picnic table. The birds are almost always singing here. We are clean and peaceful and serene, and hope that is what draws you in to stay with us! Guest access The house is yours! There is nobody else living there. :) The lower door is storage space, only. Other things to note No smoking of any variety (anywhere on the premises). Please clean up after Fido.
