Welcome to our listing for our privately owned and run beach holiday home which benefits from being located on the wonderful Park Dean Resort in Walton-on-the-Naze. The caravan is brand new and sited in the prestigious Sandy Lodge area in June 2021. Sandy Lodge is on the Southern part of the park which benefits from being close to the club house, restaurant and shop, but most importantly a short five-minute walk to the lovely sandy beaches of Walton-on-the-Naze. The space The Accomodation: Private car parking beside the accommodation. Being brand new in June 2021 the caravan benefits from double glazing and insulation to the latest and highest standards resulting in a more comfortable temperature as well as increased sound proofing. WiFi is available at the caravan. USB sockets, full size fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, freestanding sofas and dining table, 40” TV, central heating, sofa bed in lounge. Master bedroom with double bed, TV, desk / vanity area with mirror and socket and ensuite WC & WHB. Bedroom 2: Twin beds Bedroom 3: Twin beds Bathroom: Large shower cubicle with glass sliding door and thermostatic shower, LED down lights. Kitchen: Soft close kitchen doors and draws, glass fronted oven, 4 burner gas hob, integrated microwave, integrated full size fridge freezer. Dining area: Dining suite, with four dining chairs and two additional folding chairs. Guest access Parking for cars is beside our holiday home. Other things to note WiFi is provided at the caravan. Guest passes are required to use the facilities at the site (swimming pool, restaurant, entertainment etc.). These can be purchased from the main reception when you arrive. They range in price from £16 - £22 per child and £21 - 26 per adult, depending on the season and are valid for 1 week. Children under 3 years old are free. The ParkDean facilities are open in 2024 from the 15th March until the 15th November. Please note that you can stay in our caravan outside of this season but onsite facilities will not be available.
