The space The cottage has everything you need during your stay but the fun comes from the outdoors Access to the 40 foot pier in the front yard to enjoy the great fishing and water sports. *Dock is a shared space with (Family) neighbor. There are two sections at the end of the dock, the right side when facing the water is the spot designated for the cottage. Dock will be in through May to October Enjoy Lawn Games in the big front yard, walk to the local park, or swim to the island Head into town for dinner at Final Gravity Brewing Co or brunch at local diner, Hard times Many great hiking trails located in nearby towns (Paw Paw, Dowagiac) NOTE THAT THIS IS A RESIDENTIALY SPACE WITH MANY YEAR ROUND OWNERS. PLEASE RESPECT THEM BY DRIVING SLOW, KEEPING NOISE LEVEL DOWN AT NIGHT AND KEEPING TO YOUR SPACE AT THE COTTAGE *Paddle Board rentals available *ask about our neighbor’s house if you’re looking to rent more space!
