Bird Park is just right behind it. Second bedroom: Relax into the night in the queen sized top of the line memory foam mattress and a luxurious duvet. Two white dressers stashed with spare pillows, luxury bath towels, and washcloths. There is also a large closet with plenty of hangers, iron, and ironing board. A spare queen duvet is stashed in the closet for family members who wish to have an extra layer at night. Two large windows fill the room with light! Third bedroom: Elegant and cozy. The wall art relaxes you as you step inside the room. the double bed is fitted with high-end duvet, cotton sheets, a dresser, charging station, as well as plush bath towels and washcloths. BASEMENT Second bathroom: This freshly renovated bathroom is in the basement and features walk-in shower, premium shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The vanity includes mirror, sink, hand towels, and liquid hand soap. Office: The office room is quiet and separated from other living space allowing you to focus on the immediate tasks at hand. Guests have access to the whole house except for the garage. PETS: is not allowed in our property, not because we do not love animals but because we want to respect all future guests who may have pet allergies. PARTIES: We love our home and see you as an extension of us while here. As such, we have a no-tolerance policy for parties, smoking, illegal drug use, and consuming alcoholic beverages under 21 years of age on the property. VISITORS: Any person(s) visiting during the day and not included on the Airbnb reservation must be pre-approved by the host. We certainly understand you may have visiting guests during the daytime, but we require notification who will be in the house. EXTRA GUEST(S): All individuals staying at the house overnight must be accounted for in the reservation. Please update your reservation or contact the host if you would like to add additional guest. SMOKING: is not allowed on the premise. That is, absolutely no smoking indoor or outdoor. A minimum $1,000 fee will be assessed if smoking (tobacco or otherwise) is reported in the house. SECURITIES: There are securities cameras surrounding the house. The cameras also record sound. SHOES: Please no shoes in the house.
