Guest must use restrooms in the main house) TOTAL BED COUNT: 18 individual beds (We accommodate 16 overnight occupants. Additional beds are for flexibility in sleeping arrangements. Pre approval, fees, and terms required beyond 16 occupants, including daytime visitors or service providers.) BATHROOMS: - Main Room #1: Large en-suite bathroom with standing shower, double vanity, toilet, soaking tub. (*Note: jets not operable in soaking tub)) - Downstairs: Guest Hallway Bathroom - Upstairs: Guest Hallway Bathroom - Downstairs: Half Bath (toilet and sink) RECOMMENDED SERVICE PROVIDERS: Upon booking, we will provide our list of partnered preferred vendors for private specialty services for your group at the Villa: - Private chef for single or multi-day meals for your entire stay. We also have partnerships with amazing healthy food chefs for wellness retreats! - Wellness facilitators: yoga, sound bath, breathwork, cacao ceremony, massage therapy, and more! - Hiking tour excursions at JT National Park - Stargazing experiences on-site or at JT National Park (can be combined with sound bath or yoga for an immersive experience!) - Horseback riding excursions - Photographers - Transportation providers - Contact us for any types of services requested that are not listed! NEIGHBORHOOD: Gaia Villa is located in a quiet peaceful upscale residential area in the town of Yucca Valley away from noise and light pollution! Leading to the property are well maintained streets and him is located without through traffic. Enjoy refreshing mornings with mesmerizing desert views and fauna. We are just 15 minutes from the main west entrance of Joshua Tree National Park. Black Rock Campground and hiking trail is also only 5 minutes away and takes you to an alternate entrance to JTNP without park pass needed. Our guests will also appreciate the convenience of major grocery stores (including Super Wal-Mart), shops, and restaurants within a quick ten minute drive! @GaiaVillaJoshuaTree Guest access You will have access to the entire property and house. Other things to note IMPORTANT NOTES AND TERMS: NOISE POLICY: - City's Noise Ordinance 10pm-7am. Please observe quiet hours and kindly enjoy gatherings and activities indoors during those hours. - During the day, outdoor sound should be kept at reasonable levels and speakers or instruments are not permitted outdoors. - Continued violation of the Noise policy is subject to hefty fines and eviction without refund. OCCUPANCY POLICY: - We accommodate up to 16 overnight guests. - Infants over 12 months count towards occupancy. - Extra occupants/visitors beyond the reported guest count at the time of booking require pre-approval (including daytime guests or service providers). Fees and terms may apply for additional guests. - Daytime guests are permitted during the hours of 7am-9pm with pre-approval. - Renter may be charged a fee of $250 per person per day/night for any unauthorized guests beyond the approved guest count. - Renter of record must be on-site the day of check-in and stay for the duration of the booking. A manager will check the Renter's government-issued photo ID in person on the day of check-in. Third party bookings (where the Renter is not going to be present) are not allowed without pre-approval. POOL HEATING FEES (heated to mid 80s°F): •⁠ ⁠Jun, Jul, Aug, Sep: $100 / day •⁠ ⁠⁠Mar, Apr, May, Oct, Nov: $175 / day •⁠ ⁠Dec, Jan, Feb: $250 / day. - 24 hours notice required and 2 day minimum for the pool heating. - Pool Heating is not typically needed in July and Aug. - During winter months, we recommend enjoying the hot tub (heated at no extra charge) and using the saltwater pool for a refreshing cold plunge.
