Cottage 8-9 is a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom Cottage with large private courtyard. Bedroom 1: Trundle (2 Singles Convertible to a King). Bedroom 2: 2 Queen Beds plus a loft suitable for children, accessible by ladder with two Twins. The Cottage features 2 Bathrooms each with a shower. There is a private courtyard complete with Adirondack chairs, a charcoal grill (charcoal provided),chiminea, a hammock, a swing, and a picnic table. Note the renters agreement must be completed prior to the access code being provided. If you have not completed the renters agreement as of the day of arrival you may only check in up to 8 p.m. and only after it is completed. We recommend completing it as soon as booking so that you are free to check in at any time that is convenient for you after 4 pm on the day of arrival. Other things to note We provide the following amenities free of charge for our guests: Beach passes, charcoal, two gas grills in common, firewood for the firepits, coffee pouches, linens, paper goods, kayaks, bicycles, board games, basic spices, and basic toiletries. Our common areas have all you need to relax or enjoy your family and friends. We have hammocks, two fire pits, tetherball, games (like cornhole), Adirondack chairs, flower gardens, and picnic tables for the guests to enjoy.
